Honeywell INC. is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance and repair of complex equipment with minimal supervision. You will train customers, support sales teams with quotes, and help manage key account service contracts in the greater Chicago area.
The role requires 3+ years of field service with fire alarm or security systems, strong drawing interpretation skills, and a valid driver’s license. A NICET or related cert is preferred.

Achieves successful on-site servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix administrative difficulties relating to delivery of service. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment. You will deliver and participate in training sessions for fellow technicians. You will work with sales and local management to help deliver accurate quotes to customers. You will assist in the management of service contracts for key accounts.

The annual base salary range for this position is $79,000 to $89,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
