Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience with installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems
• Working knowledge of electricity and electronics; troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand complex building plans, diagrams and submittals
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office; IT networking knowledge

Responsibilities

• Perform service and new installation commissioning on fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems.
• Supervise and inspect installation to meet customer expectations and manufacturer specs.
• Coordinate field activities, system programming, commissioning and AHJ testing.
• Diagnose equipment issues and provide cost-effective restoration solutions.
• Prepare daily activity reports and manage field labor hours.
