Northwest Administrators, Inc. in Seattle, WA, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Pension Accounting & Contract Review team. You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, and ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting and contract review activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrates clear written and interpersonal communication skills.
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise departmental operations, including oversight of Supervisors and Staff Assistants.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in accounting functions and contract review processes.
• Review and approve labor agreements, extension agreements, and addendums for compliance.
• Communicate with Local Unions and Employers to resolve contract and accounting issues.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate system updates, releases, and procedural documentation.
• Assist senior leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Perform departmental payroll and other related administrative duties.
