We get it. Employee benefits are complicated. Typically, when someone needs to use their benefits, they are also going through momentous changes—whether they are newly retired, planning to retire soon, or dealing with an important health issue. That’s where our Field Service Representatives help. We see this role as a “trainer” or a “teacher,” helping participants understand the value of the benefits they have earned.
