Culligan is seeking a Service Manager to lead a Field Service team in Las Vegas. You will coach technicians, manage schedules, uphold safety standards, and drive department performance as part of a growing, respected trade.

You will oversee training, budgeting, and inventory while collaborating with Sales and Warehouse to deliver outstanding customer experiences. A valid license or certification in plumbing or water treatment is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising a technical team.
• Experience 8+ years in plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, or related trade, or 10+ years of hands‑on experience.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment systems, installation, and repair (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• Willing to obtain or hold a Restricted Appliance License, Master Plumber License, or WQA certification.
• Comfort with everyday computer tools and openness to learning new systems.
• Experience managing inventory within budget.
• Experience managing a department budget or P&L, including labor and repair costs.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety regulations and enforcing compliance.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.
• Valid driver's license.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Warehouse to ensure a seamless customer experience.
