U.S. Water Culligan Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead one of our Field Service teams in Las Vegas. You will coach technicians, own department performance, and build a leadership career within a growing, trusted trade.

You will manage the daily service schedule, ensure top-tier customer experiences, and drive safety and training initiatives. This role requires expanding leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to department operations.

Formación

• Experience leading a technical team in plumbing, water treatment, HVAC or related trades.
• 8+ years in plumbing, water treatment, HVAC or 10+ years hands-on experience
• Knowledge of water treatment systems, installation and repair
• License or certification: Master Plumber, Restricted Appliance, or WQA (preferred)
• Proficient with standard computer tools and new systems
• Experience managing inventory within budget
• Experience with department budget or P&L including labor/repair costs
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety regulations and enforcing compliance
• Strong communication with internal and external customers
• Valid driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Service Technicians and Installers.
• Build and manage the daily service schedule balancing skill and customer needs.
• Set craftsmanship and customer-experience standards and lead by example.
• Own department safety culture, training, and compliance.
• Hire, onboard and develop new technicians with growth paths.
• Manage department budget, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and Warehouse to ensure seamless service.
