Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to lead a team of technicians, ensuring top-tier service across the region. You will train staff, perform site surveys for plumbing and equipment, and drive efficient reporting and onboarding processes.

The role requires strong communication, OSHA training, and hands-on experience with water filtration equipment. Overnight travel may be required in this leadership position.

Qualifications

OSHA 10-hour certification or OSHA training within 3 months of employment.
Experience in field work related to water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee/tea dispensing units preferred.
Prior management experience, route-based preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of Field Service Technicians.
Train new staff in the region.
Maintain high customer satisfaction with strong customer management skills.
Conduct site surveys and inspections for plumbing, drainage, and building layout/design as needed.
Prepare and submit reports, paperwork, and communications to Regional Service Director.
Assist Regional Service Director with hiring, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
Serve as substitute or Regional Service Director when required.
Oversee on-call responsibilities for the region.
