Job summary

Culligan is seeking field service technicians with strong mechanical aptitude and customer-focused communication skills to diagnose and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment. Training is provided for the right candidate who is dependable, organized, and eager to learn, with a competitive wages and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (non-CDL).
• Must be dependable, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle safely in line with state and federal laws.
• Follow established safety procedures.
• Diagnose residential and commercial water treatment equipment and resolve issues.
• Identify additional services and present options to customers.
• Communicate equipment status and solutions to customers.
• Collect payments upon service completion and assist with receivables.
• Perform basic installation and removal of water treatment equipment.
• Complete daily paperwork and service orders.
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves using hand/power tools.
