Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting analytical laboratory instrumentation.
• 3+ years of experience working in a regulated (GxP) environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for chromatography and mass spectrometry service activities.
• Support and resolve complex field service escalations.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers and field engineers.

Skills

Hands-on experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry platforms

Strong troubleshooting skills

Customer-facing communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field
