Vault Roofing is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead residential roofing installations in Richmond, VA. Reporting to Jay Fraser, you will manage crews, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with Production, Operations, and Sales to meet timelines and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, autonomy, and ownership of field execution from start to finish in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
• Own field execution from start to completion.
