Vault Roofing is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead residential roofing installations in Greenville, SC. You will manage crews, drive quality, and keep multiple jobs moving on schedule in a fast-growth environment.

This hands-on leadership role reports to Anthony Jones within Production and offers a full-time, year-round position with a competitive $70,000–$80,000 salary and strong opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
• Own field execution from start to completion.
