Vault Roofing is hiring a Field Project Manager to lead residential roofing installations across Washington, D.C. You will manage crews and subcontractors, ensure high‑quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule.

• Must lead day‑to‑day residential roof installations
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors across multiple jobs
• Ensure installs meet manufacturer specs, codes and standards
• Conduct on-site inspections and resolve issues promptly
• Enforce safety protocols and jobsite compliance
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines
• Track progress and readiness for project closeout
• Coach and develop crew performance for consistency
• Own field execution from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day residential roofing installations across assigned markets
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
• Own field execution from start to completion
