Vault Roofing is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead residential roofing installations across markets in Scranton, PA. You will manage crews and subcontractors, ensuring work meets specs and codes while keeping projects on schedule.

Reporting to Jay Fraser, this hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, quality, and accountability in a fast-growth environment with strong operational ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
• Own field execution from start to completion
