CentiMark Corporation in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee multiple roofing crews and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

The role involves coordinating with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to order materials, inspecting sites, and maintaining documentation, with year-round work and growth potential. The company offers lucrative benefits and a strong, safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Leadership, management and project management skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute a successful project.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager & Warehouse Manager to order project materials.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site, conduct pre-job & post-job inspections and maintain paperwork.
• Daily communication with both the customer and employees.
