Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage and schedule service and warranty work, collaborating with field leaders to allocate labor and ensure timely completion. You will interact with customers and internal teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of solar or field construction experience, a high school diploma, and a solid understanding of NEC codes. Local travel and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience is advantageous.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to train local field service team on best practices.
• Support onboarding and training of new field performance team members.
• Aim to exceed field performance KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatch rate.
