Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional engineering services on public sector projects in the field with contractors and vendors.
• Supervise field activities, coordinate, and advise on construction design and action.
• Respond to RFIs, interpret plans, and document contractor performance.
• Review designs and approve contract submittals and payment applications.
• Lead on-site engineers and inspectors to observe progress and maintain project records.
• Monitor project progress per contract cost and schedule; hold progress meetings as required.
• Ensure documentation and close-out processes; enforce safety protocols.
