Job summary

Tectonic Engineering Consultants, Geologists & Land Surveyors, DPC in Mountainville, NY is seeking a full-time Office Engineer to support projects across the Hudson Valley and Catskills. The role involves reviewing inspector's daily reports, preparing monthly estimates and material certifications, tracking submittals, and assisting with budget and schedule control.

This on-site position requires strong organization and communication, with proficiency in CEES, APPIA, Site Manager and Microsoft

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; candidates must have one of the listed certifications or degrees.
• At least 3 years of related experience; NYSDOT experience preferred.
• Ability to review Inspector's Daily Reports for accuracy on highways and bridges.
• Proficiency with MURK, CEES, APPIA, Site Manager, or APPIA software.

Responsibilities

• Review inspector's daily reports for accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain monthly estimate and material certification books.
• Prepare change orders as needed.
• Monitor project budget and schedule.
• Track submittals and maintain project files; prepare meeting minutes and correspondence.
