Bechtel is seeking a senior construction engineer to lead field engineering for multi-discipline projects on the US Gulf Coast. You will supervise construction engineering staff, manage subcontractor interfaces, oversee cost and scheduling reporting, and ensure alignment with engineering design and safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and 13–19 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (or international equivalent).
• 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and leads construction engineering organization for approval and manpower planning.
• Coordinates with engineering on constructability, design issues, and deliverables; reports on cost and schedule.
• Directs design of temporary construction facilities and interfaces with project controls.
• Oversees subcontract activities to ensure materials, equipment, and quality meet design specs.
• Manages field engineering records, change control, and coordination with customer’s resident engineering team.
