Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field personnel to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specs.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage field costs and change impacts.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews daily field documentation and communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
