Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of field engineering, construction management, or related field; 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating with project managers, self-perform teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Leads and develops a team of field personnel to achieve high performance and growth.
• Oversees on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and adherence to specs and standards.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews daily field documentation and planning documents to ensure timely reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
