Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead on-site teams and drive safe, efficient project execution. You will guide field personnel, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and ensure work meets rigorous safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on delivering projects on schedule and within scope, while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the job site.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering or construction management.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of field personnel to achieve high performance and growth.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and adherence to specs and standards.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews daily field documentation and incident records for timely reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
