Job summary

Step Up on Second, Inc. is seeking a Lead Service Coordinator for Inland Empire ECM/ILOS programs. The Lead will report to the Program Manager and guide referrals, scheduling, and program oversight to support housing stability for members.

Responsibilities include outreach, intake, assessment, and linkage to care, with an emphasis on collaboration, documentation, and compliance. A Master's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, with exempt status.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree preferred; leadership experience can replace the degree requirement.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and intermediate Excel.
• Experience in case management or homeless services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate referrals and oversee scheduling for ILOS team.
• Provide day-to-day program coordination and support housing stability efforts.
• Collaborate with ILOS team and external partners to meet program goals.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and community meetings as required.
• Ensure documentation compliance, data accuracy, and program reporting.
