Job summary

Divcon delivers integrated automation solutions for HVAC, lighting, energy, and mission-critical systems. The Lead Service Technician will oversee on-site service, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Delta Controls BAS, ensuring systems operate reliably and safely.

This role demands strong technical aptitude, customer-facing communication, and leadership to mentor technicians, coordinate service activities, and support sales with accurate quotes and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Delta Controls BAS experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Experience with remote monitoring platforms or service desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of Delta Controls BAS.
• Support commissioning, system startups, and functional testing.
• Respond to service calls and alarms in a timely, professional manner.
• Document service activities, findings, and resolutions in the service management system.
• Coordinate with customers on access, scheduling, and service completion.
• Lead knowledge sharing and training for technicians.
