Job summary

Divcon is seeking a Lead Service Technician to provide on-site service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for Delta Controls Building Automation Systems (BAS). You will lead field work, ensuring customer systems operate reliably and efficiently in line with Divcon standards.

This customer-facing role requires strong technical aptitude, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience with Delta Controls or similar BAS platforms.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC equipment and BAS field wiring.
• Strong troubleshooting and field diagnostics skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing professionalism.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities within a technician team.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of Delta Controls BAS components.
• Support commissioning, system startups, verification, and functional testing.
• Respond to service calls and alarms promptly and professionally.
• Conduct firmware updates, configuration changes, and minor programming as directed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and health checks of systems.
• Identify faulty components and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor technicians; coordinate with sales on quotes.
