Job summary

Divcon Controls in Sterling, VA seeks a Lead Service Technician to provide on-site service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for Delta Controls BAS. You will lead technicians, handle customer interactions, and ensure systems operate reliably while actively contributing to pricing feedback and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience with Delta Controls (preferred) or similar BAS platforms.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC equipment, control devices, and BAS field wiring.
• Advanced networking knowledge (IP addressing, BACnet, MSTP).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of Delta Controls BAS and networked devices.
• Support commissioning, system startups, and functional testing under guidance.
• Respond to service calls and alarms in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead and mentor technicians, coordinate with project teams and service leadership.
