Job summary

Divcon Controls is seeking a Lead Service Technician to provide on-site service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for Delta Controls Building Automation Systems. This role emphasizes hands-on field work, ensuring customer systems operate reliably and efficiently, in line with Divcon standards.

You will lead technicians, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with sales for quotes while promoting service excellence. Travel locally and to job sites is required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience with Delta Controls (preferred) or similar BAS platforms.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC equipment, control devices, and BAS field wiring.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of Delta Controls BAS.
• Support commissioning, system startups, verification, and testing under guidance.
• Respond to service calls and alarms in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform firmware updates, config changes, and minor programming as directed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and health checks.
• Coordinate with customers on access, scheduling, and service completion.
• Document service activities, findings, and resolutions in the service system.
