Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ progressive feed manufacturing experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Poultry, Animal or Feed Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train employees: lead by example, provide direction, and enforce disciplinary actions.
• Provide and enforce safety training.
• Schedule feed mill activities including manufacturing and shipments.
• Schedule production to meet mill requirements with proper sequencing and inventories.
• Oversee and manage inventories.
• Manage daily reporting and records (tank chart, production, inventory, batching).
• Review daily production reports and perform housekeeping audits.
• Comply with company policies, FSMA regulations, and applicable laws.
• Execute daily feed mill checklist and related duties.
