Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Guymon, OK seeks a Feed Mill Manager to oversee a high-volume facility, leading production, safety, quality, and delivery operations. The role manages 9 hourly and 3 salaried staff, aiming for 3,250 tons weekly output while ensuring asset efficiency and regulatory compliance.

You will drive team development, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and budgets in a dynamic food-production environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Analytically minded and willing to learn new computer systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the production and delivery of feed, including ingredients needed for production.
• Maintain inventory of parts, products, and purchasing of supplies.
• Meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality product.
• Adhere to EPA, FDA, OSHA, DOT requirements, and company biosecurity policies and procedures.
• Interview, select, train, evaluate, and promote staff as needed.
• Monitor the upkeep and sanitation of property, equipment and vehicles, and repair or replace items as needed.
• Record keeping such as data collection and distribution of information.
• Forecast capital purchase cost in advance, budgeting for delivery and mill.
