Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Guymon, OK seeks a Feed Mill Manager to oversee a high-volume facility, directing production, safety, quality, and delivery while managing a team of 9 hourly and 3 salaried staff. You’ll ensure efficient asset use to hit an average weekly output of 3,250 tons and maintain regulatory and company standards.

You will lead operations with a focus on continuous improvement, staff development, compliance with EPA, FDA, OSHA and DOT, and budgeting for capital purchases.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Analytically minded and willing to learn new computer systems.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the production and delivery of feed and ingredients.
• Maintain inventory of parts, products, and purchasing of supplies.
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality.
• Adhere to EPA, FDA, OSHA, DOT requirements and biosecurity policies.
• Interview, train, evaluate, and promote staff as needed.
• Monitor upkeep and sanitation of property, equipment and vehicles; repair or replace items as needed.
• Record keeping and data distribution.
• Forecast capital purchase cost; budget for delivery and mill.
