Job summary

Seaboard Foods is seeking a Feed Mill Operator in Guymon, OK. You will support receiving, grinding, batching, pelleting, and loadout to ensure safe and efficient feed production while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

You will cross-train across production and maintenance, participate in plant automation, and help plan production needs while keeping the facility clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn the material process flow of the entire feed mill, including receiving, grinding, batching, pelleting, and loadout.
• Crosstrain in all areas of production/maintenance and be proficient in plant automation.
• Manage and plan production needs for each area of operation.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all areas of the feed mill and adjacent grounds.
• Follow cGMP and FSMA protocols and maintain required documentation.
• Understand and follow safety rules in standard operating procedures.
