• Assess and document client technical and contractual requirements; conduct market research and define acquisition strategy.
• Translate requirements into solicitation documents and evaluation reports; support Industry Day and due diligence.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate matrixed teams through the pre-award lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation and files comply with agency policies.
