CGS Federal seeks an IT Project Manager to design, develop, and oversee IT initiatives within a large federal entity. The PM will shape project plans, assess resources, and implement management plans, serving as team lead and main liaison for project information.

The role emphasizes Agile practice across projects of varying scale, with opportunities to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous process improvements in a government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information systems or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in project management.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects with leadership in 3 on-time, on-budget deliveries.
• 5 years of programming experience in Java, JavaScript, JBOSS Fuse, AngularJS.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope and schedule focusing on regular, timely delivery of value.
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
• Prepare and distribute progress reports.
• Manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans and perform delivery planning.
