Job summary

B&A is seeking a Project Manager Technical Lead to join a federal contract. You will serve as the contract's overall manager and single point of contact for Government stakeholders, providing both technical leadership and project management oversight to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong PM and technical skills, experience with Agile ceremonies, system architecture, secure development, and multi-environment deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field.
• OR a bachelor’s degree in any field plus PMP/ PMI-ACP/ CSM certification.
• Strong project management and technical leadership for complex IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as overall contract manager and primary Government POC for issues.
• Lead contractor team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Provide technical leadership for analysis, design, prototyping, and production support.
• Ensure system security and defend Defender Program data.
• Maintain baselines, version control, and multi-environment deployments.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Identify risks and escalate to COR.
• Align work with AO ITPM framework and Judiciary Agile Guidelines.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owner on backlog.
• Support system reporting and data requests.
