Job summary

Integrity Management Consulting is seeking Acquisition Specialists to support federal procurement activities for the GSA across the acquisition lifecycle. You will assist planning, market research, evaluation, and post-award activities while developing clear documentation and client deliverables.

The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and experience with MS Office. Collaboration with contracting officers, program managers, and technical teams is essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, acquisition, contracting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of or experience supporting federal acquisition and procurement activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop clear, accurate, and professional acquisition documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition activities throughout the federal acquisition lifecycle, including planning, requirements development, market research, solicitation support, evaluation, award, and post-award activities.
• Assist with preparation, development, review, and maintenance of acquisition documentation and supporting materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support planning and strategy development.
• Develop and maintain acquisition schedules, milestone trackers, and other project management tools.
• Coordinate with contracting officers, contracting specialists, program managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support development and review of acquisition packages for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Track acquisition actions, risks, issues, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
• Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other client deliverables.
• Participate in meetings and working sessions and document decisions and follow-up actions.
• Help identify opportunities to improve acquisition processes, templates, tools, and workflows.
• Support multiple acquisition activities and priorities in a deadline-driven federal environment.
