Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12 in Federal service.
• Experience in Federal acquisition and project management from initiation through award.
• Ability to prepare acquisition strategy, SOWs and performance work statements.
• Leading technical evaluations and ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value IT and professional services acquisitions from initiation to task order award.
• Define client requirements, conduct market research, and identify optimal acquisition strategies.
• Prepare solicitation documents and evaluation reports.
• Develop partnerships with clients, contractors, and agency staff; coordinate industry engagement activities.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and ensure complete, accurate contract documentation.
