Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a Lead Project Manager to direct complex federal construction and facilities programs in Tucson, AZ. This on-site, full-time contract role requires leadership of multiple project managers and strong coordination with client leadership to ensure successful execution and compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering is required.
• 15+ years of architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related technical fields are required.
• Experience leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams is required.
• Experience supporting federal, government, or large-scale programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to client COR/CO and CGS.
• Lead and oversee contracted Project Managers across diverse projects.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, standards, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across programs.
