Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC seeks a Lead Project Manager to oversee federal construction and facilities programs from a central leadership role. The holder will liaise with client leadership, manage multiple project managers, and ensure delivery of program objectives on site in San Juan, PR.

The role requires directing complex programs, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating resources and scheduling across diverse locations in support of federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related technical fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, construction projects, or facilities initiatives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience supporting federal, government, or large-scale commercial programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to the COR, CO and CGS.
• Lead and provide oversight to contracted Project Managers.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and program initiatives across diverse locations.
• Monitor program performance to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization for programs.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and program documentation for management review.
