Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee federal construction and facilities programs. You will direct multiple project managers, liaise with COR/CO and client leadership, and ensure delivery of objectives.

This role requires extensive program management experience on complex projects, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to coordinate across diverse locations while maintaining quality, schedule, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related technical fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, construction projects, or facilities initiatives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience supporting federal, government, or large-scale commercial programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to the COR, CO and CGS.
• Lead and provide oversight to contracted Project Managers.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across diverse locations.
• Ensure successful accomplishment of all program requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project performance to align with client goals and budgets.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and program documentation for management review.
