Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a Lead Project Manager to direct complex federal construction programs, rehabilitations, and facilities initiatives from the Kansas City area. You will mentor project managers, liaise with the COR/CO and client leadership, and ensure program objectives are met with rigorous quality and on-time delivery.

This role emphasizes strategic planning and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 15+ years in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting federal, government, or large-scale programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple project managers and programs.
• Serve as primary liaison to COR/CO and CGS for program execution.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery across diverse locations.
• Ensure programs meet requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
• Prepare executive-level reports and briefings.
