Job summary

Family & Children’s Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Lead Engineer to ensure life safety inspections are completed, documented, and maintained. The role involves hands-on training on chillers, boilers, pumps, and AHU maintenance to support skill development in the engineering team.

Responsibilities include managing BAS troubleshooting, electrical system monitoring, site safety and card access, and coordinating with IT and other departments to keep facilities operating safely and efficiently in

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or have HS equivalent.
• Minimum of Two (2) years of hands on experience operating plant equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with facilities management and building operations.
• Proven emergency response capability and customer focused service.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and operational efficiency.
• Experience working with Building Automation Systems, including troubleshooting, component replacement, and basic programming or configuration.

Responsibilities

• Interact with all departments and tenants in FCS facilities to ensure offices operate at the highest level.
• Work with IT to establish and maintain electronic building request & response system.
• Oversee electronic conference room schedules and AV coordination.
