Qualifications

Technical education or coursework in HVAC/building automation preferred.
Minimum three years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC and building systems.
Experience training or mentoring technicians is preferred.
Experience in healthcare/nonprofit/human services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC, BAS, and related systems maintenance and repair to ensure safe, reliable operations.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, service requests, and vendor/contractor repairs.
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to maintenance staff.
Assist with prioritizing work orders, inspections, and project support.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and support safety/compliance efforts.
