Qualifications

• HVAC equipment and BAS knowledge
• Plumbing codes and repairs knowledge
• Electrical wiring and telecom cabling knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• EPA Section 608 Certification for HVAC
• OSHA 10/30 Safety Certification
• Trade licenses (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) per local rules
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) and service request software
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems including split systems, RTUs, chillers, and related equipment
• Repair electrical components and assist in data/telephone cable installations
• Repair plumbing fixtures and manage plumbing systems
• Coordinate and oversee vendors on site for repairs or projects
• Perform minor construction such as hanging doors, drywall work, and painting
• Conduct general building maintenance like doors, desks, and locks maintenance
• Operate company vehicle as needed
