Job summary

Nordstrom Inc in Murray, UT is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to lead a team ensuring a safe, well‑maintained store environment for customers and employees. You will assist the Facility Manager to keep building systems, HVAC, and critical equipment ready for daily operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, mentor junior technicians, and help manage parts ordering, vendor relations, and CMMS documentation across multiple Nordstrom

Qualifications

• Hands-on facilities experience with mechanical maintenance.
• 5+ years HVAC and refrigeration experience.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues and use CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform preventive maintenance on critical and non‑critical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to store operations.
• Operate and monitor building controls and EMCS alarms.
• Mentor other technicians and delegate work orders.
• Assist with parts ordering, vendor management, and meetings.
