Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a proactive Facilities Technician II to maintain safe, business-ready environments across multiple stores and Nordstrom Rack locations. You will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and mentor other technicians to ensure operational reliability.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on facilities maintenance, with strong HVAC and refrigeration experience, plus skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on facilities maintenance experience including predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Extensive HVAC and refrigeration experience.
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot controls and use Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests involving building equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and building control issues.
• Monitor building systems, conduct equipment rounds, and document malfunctions and maintenance activity.
• Support parts ordering, vendor coordination, inventory, meetings, and maintenance system records.
• Mentor technicians and assist with technical training.
