Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across assigned Sterigenics facilities. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate PM schedules, manage contractors, and ensure adherence to EH&S and quality systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role, and strong communication skills. CMMS and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five (5) years maintenance experience with two (2) years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills – listening, written, verbal, presentation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance; ensure documentation and PM reports are up to date.
• Maintain maintenance records within quality system requirements and manage EAM data.
• Direct or lead Maintenance Technicians and contractors to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure safety and EH&S program compliance; act as liaison with Corporate Engineering on facility improvements.
