Sterigenics Radiation Technologies, LLC is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance programs across the site, ensuring compliance with quality systems and EH&S standards. You will supervise Maintenance Technicians, manage work orders, and coordinate with Corporate Engineering for facility improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in maintenance with 2+ in a supervisory role, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum five (5) years maintenance experience with two (2) years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills – listening, written, verbal, presentation, etc.
• Computerized Maintenance Management Software.
• Microsoft Office Proficient.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.

Responsibilities

• General and Preventative Maintenance: Oversees routine preventative maintenance and documents it; maintains PM records in quality system; coordinates maintenance on forklifts and equipment; ensures clean operation and monitors spare parts; manages work orders and 24-hour on-call troubleshooting; liaises between Corporate Engineering and GM for facility projects.
• Safety: Ensures work complies with EH&S standards; participates in safety programs; ensures contractors meet EH&S requirements.
• General: Supports special projects; maintains vendor lists; conducts annual maintenance program evaluation.
• Supervision: Directs Maintenance Technicians and contractors to ensure projects are planned and completed on schedule and within budget.
