Zusammenfassung

Sterigenics U.S. LLC is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead all aspects of facility upkeep, safety, and compliance across the assigned sites. The role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with Corporate Engineering to execute maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of maintenance experience, including supervisory roles, and strong skills in CMMS, schematics, and Office software. Occasional domestic travel and a focus on safety are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience with at least two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal, presentation).
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.

Aufgaben

• Oversee general and preventative maintenance across facilities.
• Maintain maintenance records in the quality system and update the EAM system.
• Ensure equipment and forklifts are properly maintained and inspected.
• Manage spare parts inventory per engineering guidance.
• Monitor work orders and document completion and PM reports.
• Lead or supervise Maintenance staff to ensure on-time project delivery.
