Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facility maintenance, administration, and documentation for machinery and buildings in compliance with quality system requirements. The role reports to the General Manager with dotted lines to Corporate Engineering.

The position requires 5+ years of maintenance experience with 2+ in supervision, strong communication, and CMMS proficiency. Salary range reflects senior responsibilities and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree mentioned as required.
• Minimum five years in maintenance with at least two years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general and preventative maintenance across facilities.
• Ensure PM activities are documented and comply with quality system requirements and EAM system.
• Maintain records for maintenance and keep EAM up to date at all locations.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors to meet schedules and budgets.
• Act as liaison between Corporate Engineering and General Manager on facility improvement projects.
• Maintain 24-hour on-call status for troubleshooting.
