Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with quality and EH&S standards. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate with Corporate EngEneering, and manage records in the EAM system while keeping operations safe and compliant.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance management, supervisory experience, and proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum five (5) years maintenance experience with two (2) years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Solid communications skills – listening, written, verbal, presentation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform General and Preventative Maintenance on system machinery and facilities.
• Ensure that routine preventive maintenance is performed and documented in PM reports.
• Maintain maintenance records per quality system requirements and keep EAM updated.
• Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and equipment not in PM program when needed.
• Keep equipment clean and free of operational hindrance.
• Ensure spare parts stock as defined by engineering and tool inventory.
• Monitor work orders with supervisors and file copies with PM reports.
