Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager for Sterigenics U.S. LLC in Corona, CA. You will lead maintenance staff, ensure preventive maintenance per PM programs, and coordinate with Corporate Engineering on improvement projects while upholding EH&S standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, plus CMMS and MS Office proficiency. Nuclear regulatory readiness and T&R compliance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience with 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees general and preventative maintenance for facilities and equipment.
• Maintains and updates maintenance records within quality system requirements.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance on forklifts and specialized equipment.
• Monitors spare parts stock and work orders; files reports with PM records.
• Maintains 24-hour on-call status for troubleshooting with plant personnel.
• Acts as liaison between Corporate Engineering and General Manager on facility projects.
• Ensures safety and EH&S compliance; enforces company standards and training.
